I don't think it looks cheap at all, in fact, even if it is tacky, those women have the right to flaunt what they've got. Only one life baby, why not buy what you can now, and live it up while you can!

yes i know what you mean :-) my mother-in-law wears 1 or 2 rings on each finger and even her thumbs, her ears are pierced all the way up and she wears like 6 necklaces which just looks cheap and tacky. there is such a thing as TOO MUCH bling!

Maybe it's all about what they like, and if you don't like it, don't look. i don't want to be mean, but style is individual, and if you follow the pattern of style of someone else, then you aren't being an individual. My sis wear a gold(all of them real) ring on every finger except the thumb, I don't care for jewelry that much, so I only wear white gold or silver, and even have one platinum band I wear on my thumb. And I only wear two rings at a time, but it's who she is, and I'm not her.

you're right it is tacky. People who do it are trying to give the impression they're better off than they really are.

They wear so much jewelry to cover up their insecurity.
