Yesterday I started stretching, I was careful, lubed a hell of a lot, got my ears pierced with a gun when I was a baby (16 years ago). Went to sleep, plugs were fine. Took the left one out not too long ago to clean it, it's bleeding, not a lot, it only bled for like 1 minute maybe less. I have acrylic so I know it isn't good to let them heal on that. So I took them out to clean it, soaked my ear in salt water as hot as i could stand it, rubbed it down with vitamin e oil, and went to the bathroom to put my plug back in but saw it was bleeding. kinda freaked out because it's said that bleeding isn't good. I don't really feel pain, just swelling. when i stretched them i felt a burning, stinging sensation and once i got the taper through that was it. so what is it?
Update:I haven't put it back in, do i put it back in?

It's because you are irritating it, by doing so much for it.
Disinfecting your wound and also the thing that they gave you to have in for it to be stretched out, let it heal for a few days and then start stretching it again.
The best thing would be, to leave it out and let it heal for a few days.
