I've even called customs and they have an automated that states they do not track packages and there is no way to find it. I have no idea what to do. I guess I will have to talk to a rep, which will probably be no help. Everytime I look this topic up, everyone's packages get released within two weeks. Some say I'll have to pay taxes, but it hasn't even made it to the post office.

Unless you have a tracking number there is no way to prove that a package was sent to you or to know there it is. You will just have to wait for the system to process your package, or it could simply have been lost in the system. For future reference you should always send international packages with a tracking service.
don't claim it as high value, low value as gift will get your package through quickly
I think it eventually will get delivered, I sent something to Thailand once, it got stuck at the airport for like a month, but it was delivered at the end.
