I have had a retainer in my bellybutton because with daily doubles I didn't want to have my ring ripped out on accident. Now that they are over I just put in my ring again. It went in fine until the very end right when it was going through the hole and I accidentally got it caught and its bleeding. I'm scared I ripped something on the inside but it didn't really hurt. How bad could it be?
