What are good jobs that you can get with a major in the environmental field (like Environmental Studies or Environmental Science/Biology)? What are fun ones that don't keep you in an office all day but are high paying? One thing I thought of was being a project manager. Any other fun (like out door-y active ones, not office like) jobs out there?
Also, what are good jobs that you can get with an animal science degree that does NOT have to do with meat? I was thinking a dog trainer or a doggy day care owner. Are those high paying? Any other high paying, fun ones?
If you can just answer one of these questions its fine, you don't have to answer all of them if you can't, I need all of the help I can get, thanks=)

There are Science firms, government jobs, and independent contractors who hire Scientists. You may find it fulfilling to work for one who analizes environmental effects of industry.
But, with a Science degree, you don't have to that, many corporations will hire you for a wide array of jobs, because they understand how difficult science degrees are to earn.
Dog Trainers and "Doggy Day Care" business owners can do well, or flop. This is the benefit and danger of going into business for yourself. If you decide this path, you may want to minor in a Business topic, so you understand how to market, the finance and management of your business.
