For the past few days I've had this new constant dull ache in my vaginal area and a reccuring sharp cramp in my clitoral area. I'm a virgin so it's not an STI/STD and I haven't masturbated in a while (been a long time since I've penetrate myself too).

What could this be?

I have PCOS, I don't bleed.
