I'm a 13 year old girl. I do have a sweet tooth, but with the sugar I eat, 90% of the food I eat (excluding sweets) is organic. I don't do physical activity, and i've been skinny my whole life. I've noticed a large muffin top forming lately. Is this from my lack of activity or puberty? And any excercises I can do to lose it?

Maybe both. Probably more the lack of activity. I would just start running/jogging for about a half hour to an hour a day maybe (swimming is a really good way to slim down). Cut down a little on sweets.
