A lot of companies pay for your tuition (after they see your report card) 6 months or a year after you start with them. The only caveat is they generally want you to get a degree in something that is their industry or will benefit their business.
Its always worth going back to school. You have the opportunity to learn something new and become what you want. Check out financial aid and get yourself a job and work your way through school.
