There is a secret menu drink at starbucks called a crunchberry frappucino. I tried it once and liked it a lot. Its basically a Strawberries n Cream frappucino with Hazelnut syrup. Try it sometime. Soon after I decided to buy some Frangelico liqueur, Torani Hazelnut syrup, some Breyers all natural Strawberry Ice Cream, and a box of Crunchberry cereal. I tried the Ice cream with the cereal, the syrup, and the liqueur. It was good. The next day I find out that someone didn't close the freezer all the way and my ice cream melted. I tried eating it, but it turned into a giant milkshake. I had an idea of dumping as much crunchberry cereal that the 1.5 quart container could hold/absorb. My question is what would I need to do or add to turn this disaster into a "bread pudding of sorts? How many eggs, if any, should I add? Would the pudding be too sweet making it necessesary to cut the pudding with some kind of regular bread. How about butter? My guess is to add some kind of buttered brioche.
Update:I ended up dumping as much capt crunch as the ice cream would soak up along with some milk and put it back into the freezer. The next day the cereal was softened w/o being mushy. I guess you can say it turned into "pudding", but then again I don't know what bread pudding's consistency is s'posed to be like. Is it s'posed to be like stove top stuffing.

I wouldn't try it as there are some ingredients in ice cream that will most probrbly burn when you try and bake it. Make a proper bread pudding from scratch, using slightly stale bread, and use the rest as a topping.
Ice-cream
Don't waste either ingredients on a "bread pudding". But CC cereal sprinkled over strawberry ice cream sounds pretty good as a topping......
You can use brioche... although a lot of chefs say stale bread is better! Butter ther bread and line the tin with the bread
make sure you grease the tin aswell.
Bake for about an hour.
Good luck =]
I wouldn't try it unless i was a really good cook
