if you have rental car insurance and the vehicle is in an accident are you liable?
i rented a car from enterprise car rentals and got full coverage on the car. I was told i would be covered for any accidents that I or my spouse was in, while in care of the car I was in an accident where someone ran into my car. I was not in the vehicle or operating the vehicle. Am i liable for those damages

no. this is why we have insurance. it if full cover ? and most likely will be as a hired vehicle will be comprehensive insurance that will cover such an incident.
NOPE you bought entr. prze ins when you picked up the rental ? nope you spent money wisley thats w/ ins. is for and chit it was parked tow or drive it back and get another car dont worry about it get on with your vacation or w/ evr your doing
