I have subletted my apartment June-August just on a verbal contract. They turned out to be complete jerks and are taking off (Aug 1) Without paying July or August rent, OR utilities.....

From research I've discovered that verbal contract is just as legitimate as written one and I could take them to small-claims court but All I know is their full names.. not SSN or address..

AND they have gone to a far-away state

HELP?
