i was arrested for human smuggling but they let me go that considered at misdemeanor or a felony??
they let me go and I don t have to appear to the court and nothing like,,,, I wasn t carrying any illegals with me but I knew the guy in the other car thats why they arrest me.. I m worry because i have to do a background check for correctional officer

If you were charged with human trafficing, you WOULD NOT be released without SIGNIFICANT bail, and you would KNOW it is a felony.
