Right I'll try and not make this too long for you.

Basically, me and this girl get on really well at college - sit next to each other and always talking about college work and things outside college. She's 19 and I'm 18. Anyway she always seems to kind of flirt with me, like always finds an opportunity every lesson to pull her chair towards mine or vice versa and touching my legs with her feet. Now, she only does this to me, and doesn't speak to any of the other lads in our class - its like we are best buddies :) She will always wait for me after class, even if I'm the last one out as I usually am. It's just weird how close she seems to be to be (literally!). Like she will always stand next to me in the corridor and sometimes, she will come even closer to me - she is really messing with my head!

I don't know if I should do this or not because she has a boyfriend, but is it ok for me to ask her if she fancies a coffee or something after college one day, or is there anything else we could do or other places we could hang out?

I like her as a friend, well actually I fancy her as you've probably guessed :/) but I want to know my limitations. I can't get her out of my head!

And also should I let her know my feelings for her???

By the way I also have her mobile number and facebook. Should I text her telling her I need to talk to her or something? :/ Or just text her saying how I feel? I really don't know what to do :/
