I doubt its any kind of switch ive left on. With the truck off, I noticed the yellow lights besides the headlights are still on, and that they are barely glowing...I believe the taillights are also on as well. When I pull out fuse/relay #1 (elec. brake) they turn off. Any clue to what is causing this? I doubt its the brake switch behind the pedal???

It could be a bad ground, did you do any modifications to the elec. system? I would get a test light and trace the connections starting at the bulb.Your bound to find the problem that way.
In standard coloring of car lights, yellow is supposed to be your turn lights. Check the flasher or blinker relay. All the negative wire of the lights are connected in common ground. When one wire is broken, some lights will glow dim. If flasher is not the problem, then there is a loose wire connection.
You have a Short in the making probably a loose wire or a rusted connection.
sounds like a bad switch.
