It happens sometimes. I think it's called a keloid. If it doesn't pus, seep, ooze or bleed then it's not a keloid it's a little infection. I hard one when I get my tragus pierced but once it was like halfway heeled (about 3 months) it went away. And my friend had one too and hers went away. But when you get anymore tattoos/piercings you're more likely to get them. ( I got my belly button pierced and another ear piercing after and didn't get one). I wouldn't be too worried though :)
