I bought a zebra print hard case for my BlackBerry pearl and now whenever I get a text or a call I can't feel the vibration, and it is only a almost un-audioable zeep sound. Can anybody help me? This is the only case I've found to fit my phone. (My phone was imported from the US and looks different than Canadian ones and it's hard to find cases to fit the buttons.) I paid over 20 dollars for it and I'd really like to still use it, yet feel a vibration.
