I can't sleep cos I watched insidious?
I had watched it with a cousin at a sleepover and was fine for months. then i watched it again and was ok but then again and now, 4 nights later and i am still not able to sleep. It is just the freaky bit when Josh goes to the house to find his son and that weird song is playing and the devil guy has puppets and is looking at them :o im petrofied i really am and I no its not real but I know possessions really do happen and I am scared please help

I like to watch happy movies after i scare myself with horror movies to get my mind off it. Pick a good comedy or feel-good type movie with a happy ending. My favs for this are kids movies, Happy feet or Toy Story.
Or try to read a good book to give yourself something else to think about.
Oh my gosh I was in the same exact position as you hahaha. Just remember, it's a movie and none of it is real. Whenever I'm freaked out after watching a movie, I always find it comforting to watch the bloopers or interviews with the stars. Helps it seem more unreal :)
Watch comedies until you fall asleep, even if you do leave your tv on.
just try not to think about it before you go to sleep because that it one way your dream is going to be based on. think about a different topic and you will have sweet dreams
That devil guy looked like something from starwars so it didn't scare me
