I need to get several years of tax returns filled quickly for my fiance. He doesn't have any of his W-2's and doesn't really recall where he worked those specific years. What is the best way to go about this?

Why does he need to file them? The IRS itself may not require that all returns be filed. They can tell him what years he specifically needs to file. If he has to file for some other reason, the IRS can send him income transcripts going back to 1999 by calling 1-800-829-0922. If he has a fax machine at home or work, they can be faxed.
Have him send in form 4506-T and get the income statements. Also ask for account transcripts if you don't know which years he did/didn't file.
Then get the blank forms from irs.gov (enter the year you need in the search box).
