Blood work showed high wbc of 18, neut was high, lymph low. Was put on broad spectrum antibiotics for a week. Have felt great, no symptoms before going to dr. After being on antibiotics for a week went for blood work 2 weeks later and wbc is still high at 15. Still no symptoms other than extreme fatigue. Mch was also high. Chest xray showed lungs were good. Could this be kidney failure? I drink about 12 to 15 cans of diet soda a day, no water. Or could this be some type of cancer? Any ideas??

that much diet soda daily is likely to give you cancer before smoking does. Stop that.
I love soda (the full, cane sugar kind) but I have turned it into a treat instead of a habit since I get older and my once lean young man's body turned into a slightly less young pear shaped body. Flavored seltzer can be a good way to get away from soda.
You ask about having kidney failure. Not sure how you thought that was your problem. But you are already going to a doctor. You should ask that person.
Do you think that having NO information leads to an accurate conclusion?
