It's called "engine" not "motor".. Get a newer vehicle and save yourself a bunch of trouble. I will now answer your question. If the vehicle cranks but will not start, it could be the Fuel sending unit. Or more likely the crank shaft sensor. That's what you need a crank shaft sensor.

Depends which line, some are easy, if its the one on the frame put a union in it
