You don't have to do it everyday maybe alternately or maybe every threedays so your muscles will rest and grow (also take up some protein). Try to increase it overtime.

Day 4 21 One more
Day 7 22 AGAIN
Day 10 23 One more
Day 13 23 (ouch you couldn't do 24)
Day 16 25 (you could still do one more :D)
Day 19 25 (no increase)
Day 22 24 You became a lil weak
Day 25 26 Strong!
Day 29 28 You skipped some days but you noticed you got more stronger
