I assume he comes to your house to pick you up. So introduce him then. If he doesn't come to your house to pick you up, then he isn't a boyfriend.

Sit down with them and ask then not to say anything until you are done talking. Talk about this guy and how he makes you happy. Talk about how responsible you are and how you will be responsible and you will follow their rules and stuff. Then let them talk. They will probably give a speech about how they think you should wait but talk to them about how mature you are and maybe they will say yes. Sitting down with them when they are both in a good mood to.

Say it as long he is not pressuring into something you don't want to do then they shouldn't be concern

I wouldn't unless you are planning on going on dates. if you are, just say it calmly and offer to have them meet him.
