Why not continue to nurse her a while longer? It's actually good for both of you, and you may find that she weans much more easily in a few months.
If you really feel that you must wean now, try the "don't offer, don't refuse" method first. Put simply, that just means that you never offer to nurse her, but you also never refuse if she asks to nurse.
She should be eating at least some solids at this point as well. Continue to offer table food for 3 meals and 1-3 snacks per day. At this point, she can eat nearly everything you do. Focus on lean meats, veggies, fruits, and whole grains. Give her a sippy or straw cup of water that she can drink from anytime throughout the day.
With my kids, I found that if I tried too hard to discourage them from nursing, they only wanted it more. Sometimes, when I went back to nursing them as often as they wanted, they didn't need it so much, and they backed off a bit. I also found that once they were down to just 1-4 nursing sessions per day, I felt like I could continue indefinitely.
What have you done when you leave her in someones care that is what you do "pump your breast and give her a bottle, but she should be using a sippy cup already. If your just sore and don't have the time then you just start cutting down on the feeding you already give her like if she has it 5 times a day the start by not giving her one and having a sipey cup near and when she wants it you tickle her and play with her like run away and say no you can't have it and laugh then go after her say cooking monster or something like that and she should be running away and might for get about wanting it.
