i have a spin bike an a treadmill that has incline, how many times a week should i run or bike? what should b my daily diet? how can i tone my lower stomach, butt, and thighs?? man i need help. im 5,6 and a size 7 now so ya :)

Well, bike for 20 to 30 minutes on Wednesday and Saturday, and walk or run on the treadmill on for 20 to 30 minutes on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Your goal on the treadmill should be to walk 2 miles in 28 minutes or less, and/or run 1.5 miles in 13 minutes or less. Diet, should be low carb. Addressing the lower abs, leg raises of all types is the key. Also declined situps, on Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri. Do 3 sets of 15 to 40 repetitions. Butt, do squats even without any extra weight. Just cop a wide foot stance and squat down keeping your feet completely flat on the ground, squat down until you can touch your elbows to your thighs, or knees. Do 5 sets of 15 repetitions. Do the squats on Wednesday and Saturday. Squats will also address your thigh concerns. Good Luck I swear by this routine. Dynamic results in three months.
