here we go, i want 2 drop 3 pants sizes, how many times a week should i workout?? details inside?

i have a spin bike an a treadmill that has incline, how many times a week should i run or bike? what should b my daily diet? how can i tone my lower stomach, butt, and thighs?? man i need help. im 5,6 and a size 7 now so ya :)
