Can a vaginal ultrasound that is done in early pregnancy cause miscarriage?
Hi, the other day i went for a vaginal ultra sound and they couldn't see the baby, they think i was early, went to the mall, went home and started spotting then bleeding..... had to go to the ER and they said i miscarried, could the ultrasound have caused this ?

It is not likely that the ultrasound caused it, if you werent bleeding before or even spotting before ultrasound than i would say your body had a delayed reaction. I am sorry you miscarried, as I also just miscarried in May of this year,but its for the best and you could possibly try again in a couple of cycles. GOOD LUCK.
