I am a huge fan of Ruby Tuesday and I receive coupons from them often. I was wondering if Ruby Tuesday's Corporate Office reimburses the stores for the coupons I tend to use when I visit or do these coupons actually hurt the store? The idea is to drive in customers, ans it is up to the server to upsell and suggest add-ons.If a restaurant sends out coupons too often, is suggests a couple of things. The businesses are not doing well, meaning sales are down. Coupons are a self fulfilling prophecy. Keep sending out coupons, and it get to the point customers will only come to eat with a coupon, or would not order higher end meals with out the coupon
