Well my gym offers private lessons you can try those where its one on one for an hour or so you work on what ever you'd like. Or you can go to open gym and also work on what you like. There's also things you can do at home to help..
for the back bend stand back faced to a wall and walk down the wall with your hands until you're in a bridge.
For a back handspring you can use a trampoline get some spot maybe set up some mats and stuff on there.
you'll need to stretch your bridge and shoulders.
the stronger and more flexible you are the easier the skill is to learn and master.
gaining wisdom of gymnastics via youself could be risky extremely coaching your self decrease back handsprings. Plus, you like different kit you heavily isn't waiting to discover in you abode. attempt convincing your mothers and fathers approximately doing gymnastics or ask in case you may desire to take a unfastened trial classification.
well the only thing I can say is maybe go to open gym and what you do there is well anything and you dont have to be in gymnastics to go. there you can practice anything and they have people that will help. its usually on sat. or sun. for 2 hrs. it doesnt cost that much either and if you go for a couple of times Im sure you'll have it. I hope I helped you.
You should just go to a local gymnastics studio and ask if they have and tumbling classes, and if they don't have a class you can take there, you should ask if you can take a private class just for that. If that all doesn't work out, then try out for cheerleading. Hope this helped!
well then you should try it because you should only try those moves when you are in a gym with a pro spotter. Then if you mess up you want hurt yourself. plus they know the right places to stretch and help you a lot.

Take a tumbling class. You can try the gym finder link here to see if there are any in your area: http://aescougarcheer.com/Cheer101/tumbling.htm

tumbling...that focuses on those kind of things (like floor kind of things), while gymnastics does floor, bars, the beam, etc...
