1) What if she needs it for something in the future like enrolling for certain grants etc (depending upon the race of course -- native)?
2 I suppose these shouldn't be numbered. My reasoning being that it could be important for he in the future. If she chooses to add it later for whatever reason, the laws may change in the future to make it more difficult. In addition, it is more of a hassle to add it later than now. Unless you have a underground reason for doing this, I personally suggest putting it on there.
My advice would be to check with a lawyer about this. There are some legal issues involved and just listening to people on Yahoo can lead to trouble. No offense to others on here, but this is more serious than most of the questions being asked.

Yes if the father knows he's the father & wants to be there for his child the judge will order it & if u have Ur last name the judge will order u to change the baby's last name to his
