Yeah, it could be possible. People can feel symptoms just a couple of days after concieving - and if these symptoms aren't part of your normal cycle then you may be pregnant. I felt cramps just over a week before my period was due, which was really odd because I don't normally get that. I had sore-ish nipples early too, but nothing extreme. I was pretty sure about a week after I ovulated that I was pregnant, it was just one of those feelings, my body definitely felt different. Good luck!!

Some times when you worry more about some thing you can make it true in your brain. Wait until you can take a pregnancy test or go and see a doctor. A good question is were you using condoms or any sort of birth control or at least pulling out?
