Can you wear pads with a really heavy flow?
Ok I'm a girl obv (my brothers account) and I got my period yesterday and it was the first day but it was so incredibly heavy. I never wore I tampon but I have tried and I don't want to go back there. What can I do? I have school tomorrow and seriously it's SO heavy. I'm panicking please help me

Yup you can wear a pad, get over nighters for a heavy flow since then you dont have to change them as often. =) goodluck
