ADHD or Bipolar, it is not going to change the outcome. If the person is lying they will be found out to be lying. They have no secret capability to fool the test.

Emotion has nothing to do with it. Unless your lying. And ADD is an attention Deficit Disorder, not an emotional basket case disorder.

Narcissistic people will pass a polygraph, with no problem, they believe what they are saying is true, sex offenders who are Narcissistic can pass a polygraph.
