Here's the situation, I moved out of a friends house and took everything I could at that time, I left my bed, flat screen tv, a dresser and a bookshelf (bc i didn't have a truck at that time to haul those items) I asked my friend if i could keep those items at her house until I could get a truck to come get my stuff, she said yes. Problem is when i went to get my things, I was told I would have to pay the $65 I owe them, (im a single mother barely making ends meet as it is), I was told to call the cops so i did, they said I'd have to take them to court so i decided I'd just wait til I got the money i owed then I'd go get my things, I tried giving my friend alittle each week but she wanted it all at one time, so once I got the money I contacted her and asked when we could meet so i could pay her and get my things, but ive been given the run around, im thinking my things have been sold, what can I do in a case like this?
