YES!! Many consider the Mesa Rectifier tone to be the quintessential Metallica tone. And yes, the new Mini Recto 25 does produce that tone just like it's bigger Double and Triple Rectifier brothers. I play nothing but Mesa amps and have owned and played many of them.
