i want to apply but would i need a resume because i am only 16 also advice on wheter i should call and ask if they are hiring or taking applications or should i go in there and just ask for an application or ask if they are hiring and then only ask if they say yes

i say go in and ask for an application when you are ready to turn the application in ask for the manager. alot of times even if they are not hiring now they may keep applications on file for when need.
