Alls i had today was 2 sandwiches a protein shake and those fries with bacon, ranch and cheese on them. Will eating those fries make me not lose the weight if Im working out everyday. or since i didn't eat that much today will it not matter?
Update:I didnt not intentionally eat this much. Just so happened i didnt eat a lot today it isnt a habit. Just today I didnt have to much. But the main question is are those fries so bad that they will affect my weight loss?

Wow... You've so wholly and completely screwed yourself that I'm afraid you'll never be able to recover. You might as well hop on your Rascal scooter and go pick out several new moo-moos as you'll soon be morbidly obese for the increasingly short remainder of your new, unnatural life...
Did that seem overly melodramatic in any way? I hope it did, if only to highlight the fact that the only problem seen here is pointless, needless worry. In reality, the simple truth is the act of worrying about such a trivial issue causes more of a setback to your training as stress can adversely effect weight much more easily than a plate of french fries.
Have you ever heard the old idiom - "Everything in moderation?" Assuming you're at a relatively healthy body weight and have actually been working out regularly, then a plate of fries (even with all that extra, nasty crap loaded on top) every now and then shouldn't have any effect other than some GI distress later that evening and a general lethargy the next day.
However, just going off what you wrote... If you are indeed serious about getting in shape and losing/maintaining weight, then you appear to be guilty of at least two things which are ruining your training far more than a plate of potatoes. If what you ate that day is even marginally representative of your normal diet/eating habits, then you're already off to a bad start and that's not even counting the fries.
The fact is this - you need to eat to lose weight. I'm willing to bet that your caloric intake (and the overall quality of those calories) is no where near where it ought to be to maximize the efficiency of your metabolism. If you really want to see results, then you should eat several more times a day - at least 5 or preferably 6 times a day and anywhere from 300-450 calories per meal depending upon your weight and the actual level of activity obtained during your workouts. A couple of sandwiches and protein shake just isn't going to cut it pal. Nor should you go out of your way to avoid carbs or fat, as your body *needs* a healthy mix of all three - protein, carbs, and fat.
Also... How are you on your fiber and water intake? Your first few "mini" meals each day should be fiber-packed with lots of fruits and veggies - not only will your digestive system love you for it, but you'll feel fuller longer and you'll be giving excess dietary fat a quicker route out of your system. The same goes for your water intake... A lot of people go day to day in a state of near-dehydration, with far more thinking they drink enough, but have no idea how much is really "enough." Let me just put it this way - as a general rule of thumb concerning weight, an adult needs to consume at least 1 liter of water per 1000 calories burned.
Finally... If you are really working out every day, then you're doing yourself a disservice and it'll take you much longer to get your body where you want to be than it should - if it'll get there at all. Bottom line - you shouldn't be working out every day. "Off" days aren't just for those who are already have a fit body... There's nothing wrong with going back-to-back with your workout days or even 3 days in a row if you find yourself feeling stressed or wanting to shoot for a max-out each week, but that should really be it. . Take a day off every few days... Completely off - otherwise you may very well be doing more harm than good... Seriously.
Anyway... Sorry for the long reply, but there's just so many people out there who have really good intentions about getting in shape, yet do things which are blatantly counterproductive. With that said... If you have any questions or need a second opinion on your routine, then feel free to shoot me a message.
Just stick with it....

You need to think about your body in terms of wants and needs. The body only wants what it needs. The idea of losing weight in a good way is by allowing the body to utilize what it needs and waste the rest. Everything else becomes stored fat. French fries are garbage. The body doesnt want it nor need it. But if you are manipulating the body by working out, it may just waste the fries. Define working out. Muscle training will burn calories while you sleep. Aerobic activity does nothing but burn calories while you do it and wear out body parts at the same time.
They say not to eat fast food more than once a week. So, if you eat these in moderation, an dnot all the time, but still stick with exercise and healthy eating most of the time you should be fine.
those fries shouldn't hurt you at all, unless you start binging on them often. and the wonderful thing about protein shakes is, when you drink one first thing in the morning, you will consistently burn more calories over the following 24hours, if you eat a carb instead for breakfast, you will be in stall for 12hours. but your body can only handle so much protein a day, so don't over do it.

Those fries will only be an issue if you eat them several times a week.
Someones trying to get anorexic, you need to eat.
