Excellent !!! I always wonder why so many believe everything they watch and here on tv. And they wonder why our govt thinks we are dumb.
Doesn't make a lot of sense, does it? A good example of what you are talking about is this past week a video has been circulated by the right which they claim proves that Dem's are solely responsible for the who mortgage mess. The video was comprised of selected experts from a 2004 hearing, clips chosen to put all the Dem's in the worst possible light and portray all the republicans has hero's. It didn't take me long to find the actual transcript of the hearing and wasn't I surprised (not) to find out that the right has been misrepresenting what occurred in that hearing.
I'm not saying that the left doesn't do the same kind of thing. I just cited an example of laziness on the part of political partisans, people who saw the clip and now think they know the whole story.
IT'S CALLED THE DUMBING DOWN OF SOCIETY.
Vote straight constitution party.
