Legally you still have your husbands last name. All though using your maiden name won't get you in trouble but for convenience reasons you can use both last names dashed just because not everyone will know you by your maiden name.

Whatever you want. My divorce attorney did the paperwork to change my name back to my maiden name, but I still call myself by his last name. At first, it was just laziness to change bank, drivers license, etc... but now I keep it because I like it and don't have to spell it. I always had to spell my maiden name.

You're still married use his name. It'll make him feel bad if you use your last name
