I ama former chef and we have it here in Canada in most of our supermarkets, if that is not an option, try a good Polish or Hungarian deli, just make sure to get the sweet one, as the hot one might be a bit to spicy. If all else fails, you can make it with a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 good size tablespoon of ground paprika and a bit of oil to make a smooth paste, I am a former chef and have bought both a number of times, I like to add it to cream cheese and sour cream for dips and even into mashed potato's for different colour and flavour.
