Sephora has Make Up For Ever glitters for $13 each. Kinda pricey but they work well.

Nyx (nyxcosmetics.com) has glitter powders for only $3.

I've also seen a loose glitter powder from Wet and Wild in some stores, for around $2.

Coastal Scents has tons of different colours of cosmetic grade glitter available if you want to buy online. For cheap too!
