So here's the thing: I just turned nineteen last week, I'm no longer going to college, I have two part-time jobs. If I were still in college I'd be under my mother's insurance but that's not the case. And it's the law in Massachusetts (where I live) for every adult to have H. Insurance. So I'm in the process of quitting one of my part-time jobs. And the other doesn't give me benefits 'cause I'm part-time or whatever. So in the mean time I'm looking online, in newspapers, everywhere like crazy to find a good job that's full-time and gives me benefits that includes H.Insurance. So my question is what would be my best bet....Blue Cross Blue Shield, Pilgrims, what?! It has to be something affordable too right? 'Cause I'm no rich bank here. Please help.

No one can tell you the best company for YOU. You have to do the dreaded leg & paper work, calling all you're interested in and get premium amounts. Then check what you get for the premium, ie., the lowest premium might only pay 50%. Then it's down to what you can afford. Actually, I'm still in shock a State can mandate you HAVE to buy health insurance. ?? If you're only on one part time job, can you get State medicade, etc? Best option is to keep looking for a decent full time job with benefits...private insurance can cost up to $500 bucks a month!
You can save on your insurance by compare quotes at FREETOINSURE.INFO-

I have always had Blue Cross Blue Shield from my mom's insurance, up until I got married right before the age of 25 - my husband has the same insurance my mom has. (I was in school forever, and I am getting ready to go back in January for a master's degree). I would recommend going back to college to get back on your mom's insurance.
You can make about 0- 1,700 dollars per month and still qualify for basic health. It is for people who don't qualify for medicare but they fall into the low income range.
You can apply online and depending on the county you live in you will pay a certain amount per month.
The range is between 17 dollars per month and 225 per month.
Typically the deductable is 150 per year and the co-pays range from 10-25 dollars.
I would visit your local Department of Social Services - Medicaid could be a possiblity depending on the income of the household.
It depends on where you live. The answer is different in every state...except that you should find an insurance broker to help.
You may try to google it,here has some direct resource that might be helpful.

check into Blue Cross Tonik, it's made for young people just like you. The premiums are cheap if your young too (I think...), but BX is always good insurance.
I recommend that you visit this website where you can get rates from the best companies: http://help-insure.net/index.html?src=5YAqqC1AOR8g...
