I sometimes struggle to interpret and analyze a question so if someone could put thi question in different words for me id appreciate it
What factors best explain the relative advantage of civilazations in the modern world? To what extent might that advantage be rooted in the geographical factors of human civilaztions beginnings?

Basically I think the question is asking for advantages to living in modern times. The second part is asking , I believe, how this modern convenience is related to how we historically dealt with the landscape to have an advantage (think rivers, towns built near them for water and electricity via water wheels, and think Rome which had several advanced techniques as well).

properly, i in my opinion think of that ladies folk would desire to now and returned ask boys out, basically reason i'm a guy and dont have the middle to ask them out myself. yet i think of why countless the boys are worried approximately asking is approximately what unusual rumours would be around as quickly as he asks. now and returned it facilitates if the female asks, it is going to provide the boy slightly shallowness.
