No, I'm not talk about pleasure seeking, self-indulgence, or spiffing up your exterior (hair, skin, etc).
I'm talking about three basic types of activities:
1. Set a long-range goal and work towards it ... success breeds confidence and self-esteem. And the harder it is to accomplish, and the more work it takes, the more confidence and self-esteem you get from it.
2. Learn something new ... a musical instrument, a sport, a foreign language
3. And the BEST: Volunteer with some organization that directly helps people. When WE help others, it makes us feel both connected to people and to ourselves. My daughter volunteered at the Blood bank, making up soup and going around with soup and cookies for the donors (to up their energy levels after having donated blood). I took my experience with horses and volunteered with Little Bits Club (a program to put handicapped kids on horses, while adults would lead the horse around). NOTHING makes you feel better about yourself than knowing you have helped someone, than seeing someone's face light up with a smile because of something you did that helped.
You don't even have to join a group .. you can learn to be kind in your daily life, with family and others.

It's about manifesting what you want, and shaping your life.
It's not that hard to do... I've experienced manifestation myself... I believe everything we have in our life, we've manifested.
ALSO, number one key to manifesting what you want... change how you feel.
If you're happy... you will receive things that you positively want...
Good luck!
