Some weird stuff just started happening to my laptop. First thing is every time I go to a website I get an error message that says Secure Connection Failed
login.facebook.com uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate will not be valid until 7/23/2009 7:03 AM.
(Error code: sec_error_expired_certificate)
* This could be a problem with the server's configuration, or it could be someone trying to impersonate the server.
* If you have connected to this server successfully in the past, the error may be temporary, and you can try again later.
Next, the time on it changed to 6:30 a.m. Feb 10, 2006.
And every time I click on the start menu it says all my programs were just installed.
Any ideas?

Check the time and date setting on your laptop. This commonly happens when the small battery on your motherboard starts to go bad, what happens is that every time the computer is shut off, the time and date are reset to a factory default (like 01/01/2001 or something), which means that according to your computer, that certificate is not good until "8 years" from now. When in fact the security certificate is actually a couple of months old. If the battery is in fact failing, the question becomes how difficult is it to access in order to replace it. Generally the batteries themselves are cheaply available at any electronics and/or general store that sells batteries for cameras and the like.
