We have a new baby and she has been on a nebulizer for a few weeks now, and just last week she was admitted to the hospital for nearly a week and she stopped wheezing and was not congested anymore, so our dr said that she is most likely allergic to something in our house. We have no pets, and so there fore leaves us to the assumption we have mold somewhere, OR there is something else...she does NOT do this when we are out and about (she has a few times, but shortly and not like she does at home) When she got home from the hospital after 3 hours she was wheezing and needed a breathing treatment......
What can I do? We have 6 months left on our lease, and I dont' know legally what we can do to get out of it to move and get this poor baby out of this circumstances....I wouldn't worry about it if in my heart I didn't feel like I do! I am VERY concerned for her health staying here!
Please help!
Links, websites, advice....I'll take it all.....Thanks!!!!!

It might not be your house - it might be something IN your house, like the brand of baby powder you use, or your perfume, or any number of things.
Before you go trying to break the lease, I'd check to see if it was something else.
Then, you may have to see if you can sub-let the apartment for the remaining period.
