but I really don't want to hurt their feelings. but it is not the place for me and I don't want to stay just to be nice.
Update:Garden man, great point of view and this is what I have been remembering, but as nice as they are I don't trust them and well, I know I need to stay in prayer.

Does God want you to leave or do you want to leave? you should pray about this first because God may want to use you there. God doesn't always put you in places where you want to be, His will be done and not ours.
Being a Christan myself know what you mean but you must always remember is that it's our relationship with the Father that is most important and if there relationship with Him only counts when your there then they have none to start with. Yes stay in prayer and ask for guidance in cheesing a new place. But by all means don't stop serving God. Trust in Him not in man we people make lots of mistakes always forgive them because it required of us.If there is a problem maybe think about talking to the pastor first see where that leads.Anyway no church is perfect yet but keep the faith and keep on keeping on.
Just go. If you must make a comment, tell them you are wanting to check out some new churches in the area. If they get angry or are offended--they are not true Christians. They should be happy that you want to move forward and learn more in a different setting. I have recently been in the same situation. I have left a church and started attending one from my childhood. Hard to do, but I felt it was best for me and my needs.
Get on a tongue-speaking fit during service....and mingle some words in between mumbles telling them that they're all wrong and that they should dissolve this church or else they'll face the wrath of Zeus...
That should do...
Find another church first! As Christians, God wants us to stay in fellowship with other believers. It is neccesary for our growth in Christ and development of Character.
Pray alot and be sure this is what God wants you to do. If it is, He will lead and guide your steps and words!
I would just be truthfully with them. I think they will understand if you say, that you feel God leading you to another Church.
Say God is calling you somewhere else, and you feel that this isn't one of those times to simply not listen. If they are true God Fearing xtains they will understand. If not then just say screw you.
just stop going and find the church that IS right for you
well, tell them about it and don't b shy 2 tell the truth! i know everything will work out! if the lord is in it, everything will b fine! ^_^
Like in all things, be true to yourself. Your true friends will stick by you.
