About a week ago, I started to itch on my upper thigh. It looked like just a few bug bites, but now it seems to be a patch of skin that itches. There is also another one right by it. They are in the shape of circles, and the skin looks kinda like skin you could just peel, but I can't. Have I been bit by ticks or something? I'm a little scared. What are they?

ALSO, I am 17, and I have not had any sexual experiences, so the likelyhood of it being some kind of STD is unpossible.
