Well, I went out with a couple of friends to the big city, and we went by train. When we came back, I decided to get a sandwich. So we went to a shop where they sell sandwiches (logically) and I ordered something from the woman behind the desk.

I told her I wanted two croissants, and she was dumb-struck - which is odd, since it is the thing they sell the most - so I told showed her the shape of it, and she quickly regained her composure. My two friends asked me if that tasted well, and she said that she wondered that as well. I told her it was a cacophony of different tastes, but that it overall tasted well.

My two friends were gesturing behind my back, so I asked them afterward what the hoohah was about. They told me she was constantly smiling, and her eyes had a gleam, or a sparkle in them. I don't know why they were making a fuss out of it, since it is the job of a clerk to be friendly and smile at their customers, right ?
