stuck in the middle?
So theres a kid in my neighborhood. hes a year younger than me tho
My friend use tolike him and im not really sure if i should tell her i like him but i dont know if she really doesnt like him any more. i hang around with him alot. ugh what to do!? I know he likes me back though. And the friend that might like him is my BEST friend. oh god what should i do!?!?!

Talk to your friend first. Be honest, and if she says no... well... what can you do. That's how it works. I once made a mistake, and my friend was more puzzled than mad. He was like: "Why didn't you tell me about it? I'm cool with all that, but you should have told me first. You and I are friends, and she is just a girl." Well, at the time, he was really truly right. We are still friends, and I don't even hear from the girl anymore.
That puts you in a little bit of a bind. I think your best bet is to talk to you friend about it. Tell her you like him, and see what she says. If she still likes him a lot then neither of you should pursue anything with him. It will hurt your friendship no matter what either of you says. (well, 99% of the time it does)
Just sit her down, with no distractions, and have a serious talk with her if your serious about him.
