i format my computer and im using my another 15inches monitor and it works perfectly with no problems. my brother bought a brand new 21inches monitor and i replaced my old 14inches monitor then when the computer starts when i click any application the computer hangs and other programs wont work.... and i switch it back to 15inches monitor it works perfectly... what do you think is the problem???
