Should I quit over text?
I hate my job Nd I've only been there like 3 weeks almost a month. The managers ate idiots and my co workers are so rude and I just hate working there. I've had a lot of jobs so I don't need reference also I already got a full time Job that will work with my school schedule. I accidentally didn't show up to my 4am shift today because I thought it was tomorrow and there calling me non stop but I dOnt answer. I hate them do much I don't respect them at all. So I just want to quit over text. Can I do that ?

Just call them and let them know you are not coming in and have decided to quit, you dont need to explain yourself. You probably could quit over text but you dont want to leave like that. If you ever want to have them as a past employment on your reseume. just call not as big of a deal as you think . good luck
If you quit by texting you are no better than they are.
Pay a personal visit and tell them you;re quitting,or,pickup the phone and talk to them.

What would happen if in the future you applied for a job and your old boss was working there and hewould be the one to decide if you got the job or not??
